My dear friends from the European Medical Student´s Orchestra and Choir, from now on referred to as EMSOC !
This site is entirely devoted to us. I felt so delighted to discover the announcement of the revival, or let's say the resuscitation, of the EMSC after three long years of retirement while checking the links of my own website, that now I could not resist to create a new one which is supposed to serve as a reminiscence of this week. That we had the chance to come together was the effort of our Slovenian fellows, who already have proved more than their mere ability to organise an extraordinary week of rehearsals and concerts and leisure time in 1998, but also have shown us long before their country met the strict criteria of European bureaucracy to enter the EU a great deal of bravery to summon friends from all over Europe in order to deliver a high level standard to the musical world and hospitality to their friends, which will hopefully be a motivation to be surpassed so soon in Manchester.
